Hello there. Reporting players is very different from bugs.. because people would often report someone they simply dislike.
Anyway, PLEASE follow this template, or your request will be discarded.

Code:
What is the player's username?
What did the player do?
Explain what the player did.
Is this a repeated offense?

Video: (optional)
